A treat for your weekend viewing: In honor of yesterday’s National Coming Out Day, Betty Crocker posted a wonderful video of LGBT families at the New York City and Twin Cities Pride events this year.
The video is part of their LGBT-inclusive Families Project that I wrote about in July. The company asserts, “At Betty Crocker, we believe that a family is a family, no matter how it’s arranged.” You can add your own family to the project through the Betty Crocker Tumblr page.
And how much do I love that they posted this video in the same YouTube channel as ones like “How to Make a Turtle Shaped Pull-Apart Cake“? Quite a lot.
