		<description>Thanks, Dana.  This is just what we need.  And especially b/c the strongest link (I believe) we can make between our families and non-LGBT-headed ones, is our shared &quot;alternative&quot; make-up.  Which, as we all know, collectively is more the norm than it is not.  

But the more we all make natural, lateral connections with other families and the ways they differ from what Audre Lorde called the &quot;mytical norm,&quot; the quicker we&#039;ll all get to the point where normativity matters less than, say, how kind we all are to one another, and  how well we can help advise one another on the lengthy, hugely challenging path toward our strongest parenthoods.</description>
