We work at Edelman in Los Angeles and it was really neat to be in a workplace were we could take some time out to do reflect on DOS if we wanted to. During our 15 minutes of silence, I found myself reflecting on the spirit of Lawrence King and I got a little emotional. I also wanted to say something...just to talk to see what else others were feeling or thought about this, but I respected the quiet time and sent thoughts of peace out into the universe instead. But that people were having <i>really</i> positive reactions. There's hope for my home town yet.
