This is a shareholder sponsored resolution. Any shareholder can bring somthing like this forward. The Board of Directors did not bring this forward and more importantly the Board is recommending a NO vote on this issue.

It’s not a director’s issue. Any shareholder of the company can put forth a resolution.

Which board member(s) presented this? If anyone knows, that would be great. I’m a shareholder and would like to vote AGAINST them staying on the board. Any information would be great. Thanks.
