		<description>People have often been surprised when I tell them that I had a positive experience growing up in Kansas, but I tell them that Lawrence (and a couple other parts of the northeastern corner) is practically a different world.  I love seeing this get attention, especially because I know people who have personally been involved in getting this passed.</description>
