Out of respect for your decorum, and duly chastened by your reminder of the karmic ramifications, I won't do a PhotoShop version of an infant child with Dick Cheney's head and post that on my blog. Maybe tomorrow, though. I look forward to your tracking the media coverage. Some media will stuff Heather Poe into a closet (it should be Dick C. who's stuffed in a closet, man! with some duck tape on his mouth and an endless loop of Amy Goodman podcasts a-blastin'!); some will stumble in their attempts to comprehend what to them is only marginally comprehensible; and some will pleasantly surprise. Those last ones will get my media dollar, when I spend it. This is indeed a "teachable moment" for many. And a big one for the Poe-Cheney family. The Lesbian Avenger in me is full of piss and vinegar over the LGBT-hatred of the Bush-Cheney regime, yet the bodhisattva-wannabe in me wants also to say to the new life: mazel tov.
